Payments are processed thru Paypal. Paypal is and has been a trusted payment processor for many years now and is widely used by businesses throughout the world. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. There are no fees to use PayPal.

WhateverETC! Consignment will not sell or release any information gathered by the site. All information submitted will never be sold or distributed to anyone else for any reason. It is for administrative purposes only and will be kept confidential. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal which does not give us access to credit card information. WhateverETC! Consignment does not keep credit card information.

We are consignment/resale. We're offering authentic designer labels at great prices. We therefore do not accept returns. If you are unsure about an item please call or email us for more information before you make your purchase.

Shipping Information
Shipping fees are listed on each item and are added to the price at checkout. These fees are for USA Shipping only. We ship via USPS Mail. International shipping is available but buyer needs to contact us first for a shipping quote.

How Long Will It Take to Ship?
Items will ship within 3 days after payment has been received and when your order is shipped, you'll be notified by e-mail.

Sold out items:
NOTE: Since most of our consignment store's products are one-of-a-kind merchandise, there is a remote chance that an item may be sold twice. This could happen if there is a computer glitch, which causes a time-delay in our inventory system updating. Should this unlikely event occur, the earliest sale according to the date and time stamp on the payment receipt will prevail. The second order will receive a full refund, which will be issued as soon as we learn of the sale duplication. The refund will be issued by the same method the payment was received.

Returns are not customary in the consigment-boutique business. All of our items are a final sale.
